1. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service, including all models, tools, agents, storage, domains, mail and hosting, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
2. AI output
Output from a model may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, or entirely invented, and it may be presented with confidence regardless. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, reliability, originality or suitability for any purpose.
Nothing produced by the platform is legal, medical, financial, tax, safety or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a qualified person.
The AI Usage Policy describes what to check and where responsibility sits.
3. Agents and automated action
An agent acts within the permissions, budget, tools and access you configure. We are not responsible for the consequences of access you granted or approvals you gave — including data an agent changed or deleted, commands it ran, messages it sent, content it published, or credits it spent.
File changes made by the agent's own tools keep a previous version and send deletions to a recycle bin, and checkpoints can return a workspace to an earlier state. These are conveniences, not guarantees: they do not reverse what left the machine, and they are not a backup. Keep your own.
4. Availability and previews
We do not promise a particular level of availability unless we have agreed one with you in writing. Parts of the platform are offered as previews and may change, break or be withdrawn.
Planned maintenance, provider incidents and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt the service.
5. Third parties and your systems
The platform connects to systems we do not operate: model providers, the databases and buckets you connect, registrars, mail receivers, and the sites your agents read. We are not responsible for their availability, their accuracy, their terms, or what they do with a request we make at your direction.
Acceptance of a message by a relay means it was queued, not that it was delivered. What a recipient's provider does with it is outside our control.
Where you connect a system of your own, you are responsible for its configuration, its credentials and the lawfulness of the data in it.
6. What you publish and send
You are responsible for content you publish through hosting, for mail you send from your mailboxes, and for records you write into your zones. We do not review them in advance and we do not endorse them.
7. Liability
The limitation of liability in section 12 of the Terms of Service applies to everything in this disclaimer.
8. What this does not do
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities. Where that is so, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here affects a mandatory right you have as a consumer.
