Before you start.
Do I need to write code?
No. You describe what you want in plain language and the agent does it. There is an SDK underneath for developers who want to drive the same engine from Node, the browser or a Cloudflare Worker — but nothing about the product requires it.
Where do my files live?
On your own machine. The agent works on the device you are using, and your files stay there unless you choose to put them in a cloud storage. A connected database or bucket stays yours too — we read it with the credentials you give, and store them encrypted.
What does a run actually cost?
Credits, from one balance, shown per step as it works. You set a ceiling for each answer and the run stops before it passes it, so a long job cannot quietly spend more than you allowed.
Can it use the database I already have?
Yes. Connect a MongoDB, a Cloudflare D1 or an S3-compatible bucket and the agent reads and writes it with the same tools it uses for ours. Writes are asked for every time, whatever mode you are in.
What stops it doing something I did not want?
Permission, before the action rather than after. Four modes decide how much is asked; plan mode can only read; and publishing, sending mail or writing to your data is asked every single time, even on full access.
What do I get without paying?
