1. Work that failed
A request that does not complete is refunded in full, and it happens automatically — you do not have to ask and there is nothing to claim. A model call that errors, a page capture that fails, a conversion the converter refuses: the credits go back.
Where a request completes but the result is not what you wanted, it has been performed and it stays billed. That is the line: we charge for work done, not for work that satisfied.
2. Credits
- Value
- One credit is US$0.01.
- Expiry
- Credits do not expire. They stay on the account until you spend them.
- Spent credits
- Credits consumed by completed work are not refundable.
- Unspent credits
- A credit top-up is a purchase of a prepaid balance. Outside the statutory withdrawal right in section 5, we do not refund an unspent balance, and credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
- Closing an account
- Closing your account does not convert an unspent balance into a refund.
3. Plans
A plan is billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling
- Cancel at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. We do not refund the remainder of a period, and we do not pro-rate.
- Credits included with a plan
- They stay on your account and do not expire.
- Downgrading
- Takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
- Price changes
- A change to a recurring price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it does. If you do not accept it, cancel before that date.
4. Storage add-ons
A storage add-on is bought in credits for a 30-day period and renews until you stop it. Buying more capacity during a period is charged for the days remaining in that period.
Stopping an add-on takes effect at the next renewal. The capacity stays until then, and the credits already spent on the current period are not refunded.
If a renewal cannot be paid, the add-on is suspended rather than deleted: the capacity returns to your plan's allowance, and the add-on resumes when the balance can cover it.
5. Consumers in the EU and the UK
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital content and services supplied immediately, that right ends once performance has begun with your express request and acknowledgement that you lose it. In practice: when you buy credits or a plan and start using the service, the part you have used is no longer withdrawable. The part you have not used is.
To withdraw, write to contact@iagenify.com within 14 days of the purchase and say what you are withdrawing from. We will refund to the original payment method within 14 days of accepting the withdrawal, less the value of what has already been supplied.
Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including rights where a service is not as described.
6. Asking for a refund
Write to contact@iagenify.com. Say which account, which purchase, and what happened. For anything other than an automatic refund we answer within a few working days, and we will tell you plainly if the answer is no and why.
A refund is made to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear is your payment provider's, not ours.
7. Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and usually takes longer than answering you would have.
We may suspend an account with an open chargeback until it is resolved, and we may close an account used to dispute charges for work that was performed.
8. Taxes
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Where we are required to collect a tax, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay. A refund includes the tax charged on the amount refunded.
