1. On this site

iagenify_lang

Remembers the language you are reading in, so the application, sign-in and payment pages open in the same one. Written when you view a page in a language other than English, or when you choose English in the footer. One year.

iagenify_theme

Remembers light or dark. Written when you use the theme switch. One year.

Both are set with path=/, SameSite=Lax, and the Secure flag over HTTPS. In production they are set on iagenify.com so that your choice follows you across the site, the application, sign-in and payments rather than having to be made four times.

Neither carries an identifier, a profile, or anything about what you looked at. We also keep your theme choice in your browser's local storage, so it survives if you clear cookies but keep site data.

2. What this site does not use

There is no analytics product on this site: no page-view measurement, no session recording, no heat mapping, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. Nothing here reports your visit to anyone.

We do not use cookies to profile you, and we do not sell or share any information about your browsing.

3. On the application, sign-in and payments

Signing in sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, and the payment pages set what is needed to complete a purchase securely. These are strictly necessary: the service cannot work without them, and refusing them means not being able to sign in or pay.

They are set for the duration of the session or a limited period, and they are not used for measurement or advertising.

4. Controlling them

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies, and most let you do it per site. Blocking the two preference cookies on this site costs you nothing but having to pick your language and theme again; blocking the strictly necessary ones on the application or the payment pages will stop you signing in or completing a purchase.

Clearing site data also clears the local storage entry we use for your theme.

5. Changes

If we ever add a cookie, this page is where it will be described, before it is used. The date at the top is the version in force.

The English version of this policy governs; a translation is provided for convenience only.

These documents are written in English, and the English version governs. Questions about any of these reach contact@iagenify.com.
