1. Do not use the service to
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Infringe someone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights.
- Produce or distribute material that sexually exploits or endangers children. We report this to the authorities.
- Harass, threaten, defame or impersonate a person or an organization, or create content designed to deceive someone into believing it comes from someone it does not.
- Build or operate anything intended to deceive people about who they are dealing with, including fraudulent stores, fake reviews, or pages that imitate a real business or institution.
- Collect or infer sensitive personal data about people without a lawful basis, or compile profiles of individuals from material gathered across sources.
- Make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without meaningful human review.
2. Technical conduct
- Do not attempt to access an account, a storage, a zone or a mailbox that is not yours.
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our written permission, or attempt to defeat a rate limit, a permission prompt, a quota or any other control.
- Do not use the platform to attack a third party — denial of service, credential stuffing, mass scanning, or exploitation of a system you do not have permission to test.
- Do not use the platform's outbound requests to reach systems that are not publicly reachable, or to relay traffic in order to hide its origin.
- Do not run workloads designed primarily to consume capacity rather than to do work, including cryptocurrency mining.
- Do not resell, sublicense or expose the platform as a service that competes with it, or use it to build a substantially similar product.
3. Mail
A mailbox sends under your own domain, and what you send affects whether other people's mail arrives. The rules are strict for that reason.
- Send only to people who agreed to hear from you, and honour a request to stop promptly.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk mail, and do not use the service for list validation or address harvesting.
- Do not forge a sender, falsify headers, or send on behalf of a domain you do not control.
- Do not use forwarding to relay mail for others. Forwarding is capped at five addresses, and that cap is a limit, not a target.
- Do not use mail to phish, to distribute malware, or to deliver content prohibited by section 1.
4. Hosting and domains
- Do not publish phishing pages, malware, or material that imitates another organization.
- Do not publish content prohibited by section 1, and do not use hosting to proxy or mirror it.
- Do not use a domain or hostname to impersonate a brand or institution you have no right to represent.
- You are responsible for what your site collects from its visitors, and for telling them about it.
5. Agents
An agent acts with whatever access you give it. Giving it broad access does not move responsibility to us or to the model.
- Do not use an agent to do something this policy forbids you from doing directly.
- Do not grant an agent credentials or scopes beyond what its task needs.
- Do not use an agent to act on instructions found in content from outside — a web page, a document, an incoming message — without review appropriate to what the action does.
6. What we do about it
If we become aware of a breach, we will do what is proportionate: ask you to stop, limit a function, suspend part of the service, or suspend the account. For something unlawful or dangerous to other customers we may act immediately and without notice.
Where we can, we will tell you what happened and what would resolve it. Repeated or deliberate breaches end the account.

7. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform changes or as new kinds of abuse appear. The date at the top is the version in force.
